It's no secret that the Lathwell creative crew is passionate about all things equestrian, and we were literally chomping at the bit when the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority commissioned us to design and produce a guide to promote the UK's very first National Trail specifically for horse riders, mountain bikers and walkers.
The Pennine Bridleway comprises an exceptionally scenic 200 miles of trails that connect the Peak District, South Pennines, Yorkshire Dales and Cumbria. It is hoped this will help to boost the crucial industry of tourism in the region, which is still in recovery following the foot and mouth epidemic some years ago.
We've summarised the route in a pocket-sized leaflet that also provides a helpful, fold-out map and accommodation details for both horse and rider.
Now that it's finished, we can't wait to saddle up and try it out for ourselves.
